What Opens After Foundations
The foundations are not a trial.
They are preparation.
Over four sessions you learn the essential movements of kettlebell practice: hinging, pressing, rowing, bracing, and carrying- while your body adapts to a new relationship with strength.
Once these patterns are established, the full practice of Being becomes available.
Members move into ongoing training where sessions deepen through skill progression, complex lifting patterns, and shared practice within a small circle.
The work becomes less about learning exercises and more about cultivating strength as a practice.

A practitioner with fifteen years devoted to strength, bodywork, and deliberate practice.
